Paper Abstract

This paper introduces an image recognition system based on OpenCL acceleration, which is mainly used on the high-speed conveyor belt of logistics sorting. After feature identification, the goods are automatically sorted by class. It is characterized by FPGA hardware acceleration in conjunction with OpenCL standard in the image recognition process, greatly improving the image preprocessing (picture grayscale) speed, obtaining the LBP (texture) feature of the target image faster, and improving the speed of object feature recognition. The real-time nature of automatic sorting of goods. Thereby improving the working efficiency of the system as a whole, promoting the development of unmanned systems, and providing assistance for the development of unmanned operating systems for facilities such as warehouse logistics and transportation.
