Daily maintenance and fault handling of UPS signal power supply system in Wuhan metro

Paper Abstract

UPS is a kind of energy conversion device which uses battery chemical energy as backup energy to continuously provide electric energy for equipment in case of power failure or abnormal grid failure. We call it Uninterruptible Power Supply (Abbreviated as UPS). UPS can be divided into backup UPS, online interactive UPS and online Dual-Transform UPS according to different working modes.
Wuhan Metro is currently using Kehua UPS, which is an online Dual-Transform power supply system with uninterrupted power frequency. The UPS signal power supply system of Wuhan Metro works uninterruptedly all year round. Whether it can prolong the service life is an important means to measure the maintenance level of technicians and power managers [1]. UPS, which is used in conjunction with intelligent power supply screen, has become an important part of urban rail transit power supply system. Therefore, the efficiency of daily maintenance and fault handling of UPS directly affects the working efficiency of the signal system. This paper will clarify the daily maintenance content of Kehua UPS, and propose common fault information and fault handling steps of Kehua UPS. According to the steps of fault treatment, the fault can be eliminated in the shortest time, so that the Kehua UPS can quickly resume its normal working state.
