Influence of probe pressure on human skin spectrophotometric measurements

Paper Abstract

The aim of the article is to investigate the influence of the pressure of the measuring probe on human tissues during spectrophotometric measurements. The effect of reflection probe pressure on human skin spectra in the different points of left and right hands was observed in the range of 400 – 1000 nm. The analysis was performed for different pressure values applied and probe impact time intervals elapsed.
