Automatic correction of the dividing errors of radial grating by photoelectric technology

Paper Abstract

This paper will discuss how to improve the dividing quality of radial grating and introduce the method which corrects the dividing errors of radial gratin automatically. Through analyzing the dividing errors of radial grating, the changing regulation of main error sources can be seen and the mathematical formula is also given. Photoelectric device and microcomputer are utilized to control the special transmission device which makes radial grating rotate an additional angle. The additional rotation of grating will counteracts the dividing errors of radial grating.
