Paper Abstract

To guideways of machine tools, precision instruments and rectilinear motion. 3D straightness instrument which uses the electronic spirit level and applies the principle of photoelectric automatic collimation. And it can determine the 3D straightness precision at the same time. The 2D electronic spirit level is an nonlinear sensor and the readings of the two dimensions are not completely independent of each other. Methods are given in this paper to resolve these problems.
