Paper Abstract
The decay time dependence and frequency dispersion of third-order nonlinear optical response in substance are analyzed in connection with a goal to realize efficient and fast PC mirror for middle infrared laser radiation. Some peculiarities in realization of PC mirrors at different wavelengths are discussed.
