Paper Abstract
Formations of organic-inorganic hetero nanostructure consisting copperphthalocyanine, C60, TiOx and SiO2, have been reported, and Basic information on the formation of hetero nanostructures by vacuum thin film technology was discussed. Optoelectronic functions in organic-inorganic hetero nanosystems have been demonstrated and discussed from the viewpoints of carrier generation at the interface, size effects, the difference of dielectric constance between organic and inorganic solids, and molecular orientation.
