Paper Abstract
As a result of many years of monitoring studies of extremely low-frequency electromagnetic fields in Tomsk, the polarization characteristics of the first three modes of the Schumann resonances were obtained. The analysis of the relationship between the positional angles of polarization ellipses of the Schumann resonance modes and the position of the centers of global thunderstorm activity taking into account the world time and the season of the year is carried out.
