Paper Abstract

Advanced modulation technology is one of the key technologies of High-speed optical communication network for the development of long distance and large capacity. With the increase of velocity, nonlinear effect and polarization dispersion which can be ignored in low-speed systems, became the main reason for the restriction of system performance. Advanced optical modulation formats can improve the ability to resist dispersion and nonlinearity, improve the transmission performance and spectrum efficiency of high-speed optical communication systems. In this paper, we researched and compared the nonlinear performance and receptivity of 33%RZ-DQPSK, 50%RZ-DPSK and CSRZDQPSK signals.
