Paper Abstract

The technique of Mueller matrix elements measuring by polarization states modulation is considered. This techniques allows to facilitate research in comparison with the classical method. Using of incident beams with orthogonal polarization states provides measuring and compensates systematic errors of experimental setup causing big defects of polarization elements.
