Paper Abstract
This paper reports the high-accuracy Sellmeier and thermo-optic dispersion formulas for the ordinary ray of a 5mol.%
MgO-doped congruent LiNbO3 that provide an excellent reproduction of the temperature-dependent birefringent and
quasi-phase-matching conditions with oo-e and oo-o interactions coupled with our Sellmeier and thermo-optic dispersion
formulas for the extraordinary ray of this material.
We believe that these equations could be highly useful for practically designing the frequency conversion systems
based on the periodically poled 5mol.% MgO-doped congruent LiNbO3.
