Paper Abstract
The paper develops a new fast and low complexity method for image coding. It is based on Lattice Vector Quantization (for both L1 and L2 norms). A solution is proposed to solve the labelling of quantized vectors, which is a crucial problem in Lattice Vector Quantization.
