Reprints
Reprints are available for shipping approximately 6 to 8 weeks after the conference. They may be ordered in multiples of 100 with a minimum requirement of 100 copies. There are additional charges if color pages will be printed. A reprint cover is included at no charge with paper title and volume. For an optional charge, you may customize your reprint cover with a figure from your paper, or other text or artwork that you supply. Include clear instructions for SPIE staff to use in laying out the cover when preparing your order form. This option is on the order form.

The form may be sent to SPIE by one of the following three methods:
1. via post (address on form)
2. scan and email to CustomerService@SPIE.org
3. fax to 360-647-1445.
Ordering Preprints
Preprints are copies of your paper printed prior to publication of the proceedings. If you wish to order preprints, submit your prepaid order by the manuscript due date. We will process and return reprints to you within 5-6 weeks of receipt of the order. Add 10% to the cost of reprints for this preprint service option. Use the Reprint Order Form for preprints.
