Society Award Recipient from Singapore
Harvey M. Phillips and Roland A. Sauerbrey received the Rudolph Kingslake Medal and Prize in 1993. This prize is presented annually in recognition of the most noteworthy original paper to appear in SPIE's journal Optical Engineering, on theoretical or experimental aspects of optical engineering. All papers published in the journal are automatically eligible for this award (nominations are not required).
