    Onsite Services

    Cashier Services
    The onsite cashier can assist with registration payments, receipts, and bade corrections.

    Registration Payments
    If you have paid by cash or cheque as part of your onsite registration, wish to add a publication or guest ticket requireing payment, or have questions regarding your registration please see the onsite cashier at the Cashier station at the registration desk.

    Receipts
    Preregistered attendees who did not receive a receipt prior to the meeting may obtain a new copy of their registration receipt onsite at the Cashier's desk.

    Badge Corrections
    Attendees who need a correction to their badge information onsite may do so at the Cashier's desk. Please have your badge removed from the badge holder, marked with your changes, and ready to hand to the attendant upon approaching the counter.

    Message Centre

    Messages for attendees can be left by calling the registration desk at Tel: +33 3 8824 2943, Fax +33 3 8835 3817. Messages will be taken during registration hours Monday through Wednesday. Attendees should check message boards at the message centre on a daily basis to receive their messages.


    Speaker Services

    Speaker Check-In Desk
    All Conference rooms will have a computer workstation, LCD projector, screen, lapel microphone, and laser pointer. All presenters are requested to come to use the rooms of their conference in the breaks to test their presentation.

    Interactive Poster Sessions Setup Instructions 
    Wednesday, 30 March, 9.00 – 11.00 hrs. Poster Breakfast
    Location: Forum

    All symposium attendees are invited to attend the Wednesday poster breakfast provided as an opportunity to enjoy networking and breakfast while reviewing poster papers. The interactive poster sessions are designed to promote opportunities for networking with colleagues in your field. Attendees are encouraged to review the high-quality papers that are presented in this alternate format and to interact with the poster authors.

    Poster presenters may post their poster papers starting at 12.00 hrs on Tuesday in the Forum. Any papers left on the boards following the end time of the poster session will be considered unwanted and will be discarded. SPIE assumes no responsibility for posters left up after the end of the poster session. Poster authors should be at their papers from 9.00- 11.00 hrs to answer questions from attendees. Attendees are requested to wear their conference registration badges to the poster sessions.

    Luggage/Package Storage + Coat Check
    Location: Convention Centre, Ground Floor near Entree Erasme

    Monday - Wednesday 7.30 - 18.00 hrs.

    There will be a minimal cost for coat and luggage storage as required by the Convention Centre.

    Catering

    Coffee Breaks
    Forum, 1st Floor
    Coffee will be served during the appropriate breaks. For exact times and location please check the programme of your conference.

    Welcome Reception
    Monday, 28 March, 18.00 – 20.00 hrs.

    A Welcome Reception will be held at the venue. All registered attendees are invited to relax, socialise and enjoy light refreshments. Please remember to wear your conference registration badge. Dress is casual.

    Press Centre

    Registration fees are waived for credentialed working journalists and editors. Press are strongly urged to register in advance of the meeting, by emailing name, contact information, and name of publication to media@spie.org. Pre-registration closes approximately 10 days before the start of the event. For more information about SPIE resources for the media, see http://spie.org/pr.
