Registration Policies and Information

Discount Deadline
For those registering by fax or mail after 11 June 2010, add the appropriate additional fees to your total, $100 for regular registrants and $50 for student registrants. The online form will automatically display the increased pricing.

Refund Policy for Preregistration
There is a $40 service charge for processing refunds. Requests for preregistration refunds must be received by 17 June 2010. All registration fees will be forfeited after this date. Membership dues are not refundable. SPIE Digital Library subscriptions are not refundable.

SPIE Membership
SPIE members receive discounts off conference and course registration fees. This discount will be applied at the time of registration.

Student Members
Save 50% on Course Registration. Proof of full-time student status is required. Student ID number or proof of student status required with your registration. Offer applies to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D.

Course Registration
Courses are priced separately. Course-only registration includes your selected course(s), course notes, and coffee breaks. Prices increase $50 USD after 11 June 2010.
