Reseach in electro-active polymers (EAP) by an international team led by SPIE Fellow Yosi Bar-Cohen of NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab enabling technology that could provide blind people with access to the wireless world is featured in an article in Popular Science.
The international team is exploring using actuators overlaid by an EAP moutned with Braille reading pins.
