Obama nominates Princeton researcher for DOE post

On April 17, President Obama nominated William F. Brinkman to be Director of the Office of Science in the Department of Energy.

Brinkman is currently a Senior Research Physicist in the Physics Department at Princeton University. He retired as Vice President of Research from Bell Laboratories, Lucent Technologies, Murray Hill, NJ.
