Registration Details

Conference registration includes:

•	Choice of conference proceedings: Printed or CD-ROM
•	Access to all symposium conferences
•	Interactive Paper and Demonstration Sessions
•	Exhibition
•	Coffee breaks
•	All-Conference Reception
•	Short Courses are not included. Short Course details and prices.

Pricing Details:

•	Prices increase by $100 USD after 20 December 2009
•	For those registering by fax or mail after 20 December 2009 add the appropriate additional fees to your total. The online form will automatically display the increased pricing

Refund Policy for Preregistration
There is a $75 service charge for processing refunds. Requests for preregistration refunds must be received by 15 January 2010. After this date the cancellation fee is 50% of the total plus $75. All requests for refunds must be made in writing. No refunds will be given after 17 February 2010. Membership dues are not refundable.

IS&T/SPIE Membership
IS&T and SPIE members receive a substantial discount on conference and course registration fees.

Student Members
Save 50% on Course Registration.

Students pay 50% of stated course fees.
Students who register for courses after 20 December will pay 50% of the pre-20 December price, plus $50.
Proof of full-time student status is required
Student ID number or proof of student status required with your registration.
Offer applies to undergraduate/graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D.

Short Course Registration
Courses and workshops are priced separately. Course only registration includes your selected course(s), course notes, coffee breaks, and admittance to the exhibition. Course prices include California state tax. Prices increase $50 USD after 20 December 2009.

Exhibition Registration
Admission is included in your conference registration or short course fees. You may register to attend only the exhibition. Exhibition visitor registration is complimentary.
