A block of rooms at special conference rates has been reserved at several hotels for symposia attendees. Reservations are handled through the San Jose Convention and Visitors Bureau.
The conference rates are guaranteed until room block has been filled or the 24 December 2009 expiration date, whichever is sooner.
To secure a room reservation, requests must be received with a credit card guarantee, before the EI reservation block has been filled, and before the 24 December 2009 discount deadline. Problems or delays with your payment may affect your hotel request.
