The Newport Spectra-Physics Research Excellence Travel Awards Program provides funding for university students to attend the two largest meetings of SPIE, where they will present their research. Submitting an application to the Student Travel Grant automatically allows your application to be considered for the Newport Spectra-Physics Award. These grants are open to any student who has an accepted paper for presentation at the Optics + Photonics symposium or Photonics West.
