Pricing and Refund Information:

Prices increase by $100 USD after 18 November
•
For those registering by fax or mail after 18 November add the appropriate additional fees to your total. The online form will automatically display the increased pricing.

There is a $40 USD service charge for processing refunds. Requests for registration refunds must be received by 18 November. All fees will be forfeited after this date.
•
Membership dues and SPIE Digital Library subscriptions are not refundable.
Conference Proceedings:
•
Proceedings are shipped within 8 weeks after the conference. Tax and shipping costs are part of the registration fee.
•
You can order additional conference proceedings by contacting SPIE Customer Service at customerservice@spie.org.
•
Proceedings purchased separately do not include shipping or taxes, please see details on the registration form.
SPIE Member, SPIE Student Member + Student Pricing:
•
SPIE members receive discounts off conference and course registration fees. This discount will be applied at the time of registration.
•
Student Members receive additional benefits, such as a 50% discount on all courses offered at conferences.
•
Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.
•
A student ID number or proof of student status is required with your registration.
