Solar sunroof

Sunrise Solar has introduced a solar sunroof for automobiles. This unique technology replaces the traditional glass sunroof with an advanced solar replacement.

The solar sunroof will generate electricity to recharge the vehicle's batteries while simultaneously cooling the car when parked in a hot climate or warm the car when parked in a cooler climate.

In addition to the advantages of managing the internal temperature of a vehicle while not in operations, the solar sunroof could have valuable applications in the next generation of solar automobiles currently under development by auto manufacturers.

"Delivering solutions that improve people's lives while reducing our dependence on foreign oil is the name of the game," said Eddie Austin, chairman and CEO of Sunrise Solar Corp.
