Attendees can obtain discounted convention rates by booking through the official housing reservation system for SPIE Defense, Security, and Sensing Housing Bureau.
A block of rooms at special conference rates has been reserved for event attendees. The conference rates cannot be guaranteed after the room block has been filled and may not be honored after the hotel cut-off dates. Do not call SPIE directly to arrange for hotel accommodations.

| Requests must include your valid credit card information to guarantee a room reservation. Problems or delays with your payment may affect your hotel request. Reservations for accommodations in SPIE's contracted hotels must be made through the SPIE Defense, Security, and Sensing Housing by the cut off date of 22 March 2012. After this date hotels reserve the right to charge the current daily market rate for rooms. |
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS
|
| The last day to cancel rooms without penalty is March 9th. After March 9th, a $25 per room processing fee will apply. You may continue to make changes and cancellations with the SPIE Housing Bureau until 12 April at 5 p.m. ET. After this time, please contact the hotel directly for all changes and cancellations. Additionally, after 12 April, hotels will charge one night's room and tax for rooms that are cancelled from your housing list, as well as a $25 processing fee. |
