    Conference Registration
    Includes admission to all conference sessions, plenaries, panels, poster sessions, admission to the exhibition, Welcome Reception (plus one guest ticket for purchase per attendee), technical and networking events, coffee breaks, and a choice of proceedings. Student pricing does not include proceedings. Online registration will close 12 April. Onsite registration only after this date.

    Exhibition Registration
    Exhibition-Only visitor registration is complimentary.

    Early Bird Pricing and Dates
    Conference registration prices increase by €75 after 8 April 2013. Student prices increase €20. The online form will reflect these changes after this date. 

    SPIE Member, SPIE Student Member + Student Pricing

     • SPIE Members receive conference and course registration discounts. Discounts are applied at the time of registration.
     • Student registration rates are available only to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students. A student ID number or proof of student status is required with your registration.

    Press Registration: For credentialed press and media representatives only. Please email contact information, title and organization to

     • Registration Payments 
    If you are paying by cash or cheque as part of your onsite registration, wish to add a course, workshop or special event requiring payment, or have questions regarding your registration, please see the onsite Cashier station at the registration desk.
     • Receipts
    Preregistered attendees who did not receive a receipt prior to the meeting may obtain a new copy of their registration receipt onsite at the Cashier's desk.
     • Badge Corrections
    Attendees who need a correction to their badge information onsite may do so at the Cashier's desk. Please have your badge removed from the badge holder and marked with your changes, and ready to hand to the attendent upon approaching the counter.
    Attendance Certificate
    Please leave your details at the registration desk and the certificate will be emailed to you after the event.

    Refund Information
    There is a €35 service charge for processing refunds. Requests for refunds must be received by 8 April 2013; all registration fees will be forfeited after this date. Membership dues and SPIE Digital Library subscriptions are not refundable.

    U.S. Government Credit Cards
    U.S. Government credit card users: have your purchasing officer contact the credit card company and get prior authorization before attempting to register. Advise your purchasing agent that SPIE is considered a 5968 company for authorization purposes.

    There will be free Internet available for attendees. Speeds may vary depending on the number of simultaneous users.

    Message Center

    Messages for attendees can be left by calling the Clarion Hotel and Congress Centre and asking for the Conference Partners Conference and Registration Desk. Messages will be taking during registration hours Monday - Thursday. It is the attendees’ responsibility to check the message boards on a daily basis.

    Speaker Check-In Desk

    • All Conference rooms will have a computer workstation, LCD projector, screen, lapel microphone, and laser pointer.
    • All presenters are requested to use the rooms of their conference in the breaks or in the mornings to test their presentation.
