If you need a travel visa, begin the visa application process now! You need to allow a minimum of 6 weeks processing time. Advance travel planning and early visa application are important, since visa applications are subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past. Letters of Invitation
FOR CONFERENCE CHAIRS, TECHNICAL COMMITTEE MEMBERS, AUTHORS, and EXHIBITORS: If you are listed as an author on a paper, as a participant in the program, or as an exhibitor, and you require an Official Invitation Letter for visa application purposes, please fill out the Invitation Letter Request form and email to InvitationLetters@spie.org
Your invitation letter request must include the following information:
- Participant's full name
- Participant's address or the complete address of their institute
- Participant's date of birth
- Passport number and the country of issuance
- Passport issue and expiry date
- Duration of the stay in the Australia
- Name and date of the symposiuim
- Presentation title and presentation number
NOTE: We recommend that you secure your travel visa before registering for the conference as cancellations after the preregistration cutoff may result in a cancellation fee.
