Bookings can be made until 16 August 2010; following this deadline, rooms can not be guaranteed and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Definition of SPIE Europe Block Rooms
SPIE Europe will make every effort to secure the best possible group nightly room rate(s) for you at this event. We recommend participants book before the hotel reservation deadline which will be published in late Spring to be guaranteed a room. After the deadline, the local agency will assist attendees on a case-by-case basis.
