The Ottawa Photonics Cluster is dedicated to rallying photonics companies and other stakeholders, to strengthen Ottawa's ability to attract employees, investment, funding, and facilities.
Ottawa is a world leader in the Photonics Industry. Our members include: - world-leading Fortune 500 photonics companies, - medium- and small-sized enterprises, - universities and colleges, - government departments and laboratories.
Active members from OCRI, NRC, and CRC help to ensure that OPC is aware of new and ongoing initiatives within government and research/development departments.
OPC has an active Career Site (job board) available via Web site as well as a common marketing presentation including one slide profiling each interest member, to be used generally for marketing of the Ottawa photonics industry nationally and internationally.
