Revisions are handled through the Online Submission System.
Authors should review the decision letter provided by the editor and modify their manuscript accordingly. Revisions should conform to the same formatting guidelines used in preparing the manuscript.
In addition, if individual figure files, author biographies, and author photographs were not provided with the original submission, these files should be uploaded into the Online Submission System.
