You must inform SPIE of your audiovisual needs at least one month in advance of the meeting. Special requests must be indicated at the time you submit your course description or SPIE cannot guarantee equipment availability. It is SPIE's preference that you plan to present your course using standard AV equipment to avoid undue expense. However, if specialized equipment is essential to your demonstrations, we will be happy to work with you on finding a mutually satisfactory solution.
Please note that internet access is usually not available in course rooms. If you have any questions, please contact John Cain, Course Coordinator (johnc@spie.org).
