Official notification will be sent to the contact author of accepted presentations:

• If you need a travel visa, begin the visa application process immediately
• If you are a full-time student, you may be eligible to apply for an SPIE Contingency Student Travel Grant
• Prepare your presentation:
  • Review Oral Presentation Guidelines
  • Review Poster Presentation Guidelines
• Preregister for the conference
• Review the program, available September 2008, to confirm your presentation date and time.
