Follow these instructions to develop a successful abstract, presentation, and paper, for presentation at a conference and inclusion in the Proceedings of SPIE. Check the Author and Presenter Due Dates
Read the Conference Call for Papers
Before you submit, read the Abstract Submission Guidelines
Then click "submit an abstract" to submit your abstract through the MySPIE database.

Prepare to present at the conference

Official notification will be sent to the contact author of accepted presentations:

If you need a travel visa, begin the visa application process immediately
If needed, request an invitation letter for your visa application
Prepare your presentation:

- Review Poster Presentation Guidelines
Preregister for the conference
Review the program to confirm your presentation date and time.
