Special Events of Interest to Industry

SPIE conferences are world-renowned for helping people learn, share and connect with others solving similar problems. For those working to identify new markets, launch new products and compete more effectively, SPIE frequently organizes "Industry Perspectives" sessions, workshops and other special events.

These sessions are designed to provide information useful to people involved in business strategy, market analysis and product planning. • At Photonics West 2009 industry events include a 2-day career fair, Executive Panel Sessions, and Industry Perspectives Sessions.

• SPIE Advanced Lithography 2009 offers industry-focused plenary presentations including Bernard S. Meyerson (Vice President for Strategic Alliances and Chief Technology Officer, IBM) "Semiconductor Technology: A Convergence of Technology and Business Models" and Lisa T.
