    Welcome to the 3rd Meeting of X-Ray and Neutron Phase Imaging with Gratings at the U.S. National Institutes of Health in the Washington D.C. area, USA, on September 8-11, 2015. The XNPIG meeting is the premier international gathering of researchers in the field of phase contrast imaging with penetrating beams and their clinical and other applications. The first two meetings (XNPIG2012 and XNPIG2014) took place in Tokyo, Japan and Garmisch, Germany. This 3rd meeting is jointly hosted by the U.S. National Institutes of Health and SPIE, the International Society for Optics and Photonics. We are offering a rich and interdisciplinary program covering the latest advances in the field. Keynote speakers will include world-leaders in this area from academic, clinical, and industrial backgrounds.
