Elizabeth Dreyer is a 5th year Electrical Engineering – Optics graduate student at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI where she is researching with Dr. Stephen Rand. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering in 2012 from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, MI. She is a student member of IEEE, SPIE, OSA, SWE, and HKN.
During summer 2011, she researched the Acousto-Optic effect in polymer waveguide materials as part of a Michigan Tech Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship grant.
Dreyer's current research is supported by a Graduate Research Fellowship from the National Science Foundation. She is investigating magneto-electric scattering.
