Summary
He is currently a post-doc at Instituto de Astronomia, Geofísica e Ciências Atmosféricas (IAG-USP), where he applies System Engineering for the development of ground-based astronomical instrumentation. He performed a post-doc research at European Southern Observatory (ESO Chile), and holds a double-degree PhD from IAG-USP (Brazil) and the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis (UNS/France). The main research topic of his PhD was the study of peculiar hot stars employing different observational techniques (spectroscopy, polarimetry, optical interferometry) and radiative transfer modeling. Keywords: stellar astrophysics -- circumstellar environment -- astrophysical disks -- astronomical instrumentation -- system engineering.
