ACAMP – Leading the first North American Micro Nano Technology Commercialization Centre, headquartered in Alberta, Canada. Raised $20M funding, presently supporting over 90 businesses in micro nano and optics.

LightPath – 2x revenue growth in optics, turned around failing business from -40% to +30% gross margin, built strong management team, developed joint venture opportunities to double revenue and raised new capital, setup operations in Asia.

Oplink - developed product line and business strategies required to drive the business in a turbulent telecommunications market.

Lucent – 4x revenue growth in consumer DSP, acquired and integrated Ortel into Opto BU and Agere. Drove the Optoelectronic and Netcom IC product lines for module developments in transponders, transmitters and receivers. Engaged the Lucent Broadband IC BU to acquire and integrate the Sybarus, Ottawa, SONET/SDH mapper experts. Managed the first DSP based digital telephone answering machine developments.

RCA/GE - Developed the QMOS/ACT product lines, CMOS TTL replacement series, 380 components, revenues over $100M. Winner of the RCA David Sarnoff Award for outstanding technical achievement.
