Presently I am working with M/S Occidental petroleum Qatar Limited(offshore PS-1), through M/S Cofely besix mannai on contract basis as a HVAC Technician with their maintenance department for last 9 months & have past experience in Oil & Gas industries viz Qatar petroleum offshore fields (PS-2, PS-3 PS-4, halul and QSGTL) for more than 5 years for installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance for HVAC systom and also have more than 4 years experience in Devanahalli International Airport, Honeywell and KNND Carrier Airconditioning in India.
Strictly follow all safety rules and regulations required in the platform
Experience in preventive maintenance (PM) of heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems (HVAC Direct digital controls (DDC) and building management system (BMS)
Carry-out Predictive/Preventive and Corrective maintenance of all HVAC/R system(both mechanical and electrical part of the HVAC)
Install and Commission Explosion Proof (EExd) Air Conditioning Unit, Window, Split, Packaged A/C. Water and Air Cooled Condensing Unit such as, (Samsung, Trane, Carrier, S.K.M, North Sea Ventilation Air- conditioning unit).
BMS controlling and operating, cooling set points, room air temperature and chilled water etc.
Update Daily HVAC checklist by walking tour & determine appropriate action based on reading and condition of the unit.
Repair and Trouble Shoot Low temperature chillers, freezers and any domestic refrigerators.
Clean Condenser coils regularly, check all operational and safety controls, check suction and discharge pressure, check for refrigerant leaks,arresting leaks by brazing, evacuating and recharge system on compressor system. Handling refrigerant R134A, R404, R502 and R22, R407, R410A and R123.
Review and comments on the generic planned maintenance routine.
Perform Preventive Maintenance based on Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Six-monthly & Annual, for the assigned machines/equipments.
