Mr. Imran is a young Scientist from Pakistan , currently working on Quantum Dot Intermediate Band Solar Cells in Beijing Institute of Technology. His research is in Photovoltaics. The aim is to reduce the cost of Solar Cell by developing new deposition techniques. He fabricated CdS/CdTe Solar Cell as his MS project in microelectronics Research Lab University of Punjab Lahore. He earned his Master degree in Applied Physics with Digital Electronics as Special Subject from university of Engineering and technology Lahore Pakistan. He has also worked on Micro hydro power project in collaboration with COMSATS Lahore. The field of his research interest is Semiconductors Micro & nanotechnology, Optoelectronics, Phonics, Thin Film Solar Cell and Photovoltaics.
