Thank you for attending SPIE Optics + Optoelectronics 2013, where one can see the latest research and integration in these technologies as well as review the advances made in the areas of metamaterials, high-energy and high power lasers, laser acceleration of electrons, protons and ions.
2013 Conference included:
2013 Conference Topic areas were:
National Science Foundation (NSF) workshop on
'US-Czech Frontiers in Photonics' - a co-located workshop
18 April 2013 - Cost is €25
Bringing together leading American, Czech and European academic minds in photonics research and development to explore the next frontiers.
Expert speakers will present the current state of the art in photonics, identify emerging areas and corresponding research needs, and establish new international collaborations. A poster session will be offered by a select international group of graduate students.
The workshop topics will include non-linear optics, EUV - soft x-rays, microstructured and specialty fibers, optical sensors, optical manipulators, metamaterials, and THz and Mid IR photonics.
