David Krohn, Managing Partner of Light Wave Venture Consulting LLC, has over 39 years experience in the photonics industry. Light Wave Venture is focused on developing photonics business opportunities in telecommunications, sensors, and biophotonics. David Krohn has assisted over 75 companies with activities in funding, planning, and management functions. He has been directly involved with founding four companies since 1994. He obtained his MS from Case Western Reserve University in 1967 and his PhD from Lehigh University in 1973. David Krohn has written 3 books, 51 papers, and holds 27 patents relating to fiber optics and optical sensors.
