Bi-telecentric lenses

Navitar

Navitar's MagniStar line of high-resolution bi-telecentric lenses will be on display at SPIE Photonics West 2015 in San Francisco 7-12 February.

These lenses feature an adjustable built-in iris, less than 0.1% image distortion, and no parallax error. The lenses--which are available in C-Mount and F-Mount--are available in models with magnifications ranging from 0.05X to 2X and lengths from 66 mm to 630 mm.

MagniStar telecentric lenses are suitable for use in metrology, flat panel inspection, curved surface inspection, and other imaging applications where greater depth of field is required. The lenses are designed to work with camera formats of 2/3" and smaller, and will support cameras with up to 3.5 µm x 3.5 µm pixel size.
