microPEP is a one-stop source for small-to-micro component manufacturing. We offer an array of micro-related services: cleanroom micro molding, micro optics molding, micro-overmolding, micro insert molding, microfluidic molding, micro stamping and plating.
Other capabilities include micron tolerance assemblies, mirror finish optical surfaces, molded micro lens arrays, molded-in lenses, molded prisms, Fresnel lenses, LED optics, molded lightpipes, molded micro well arrays, strain relief boots, connectors and molded optics with reflective and anti-reflective coatings.
We process all engineered thermoplastic resins including: COC, COP, Acrylics, Ultem, Polycarbonate, PEEK, PPS, LCP and TPEs.
