Company Description
M2k-laser is specialized on the development and production of high brightness diode lasers based on GaAs and GaSb semiconductors. The production line comprises tapered amplifiers up to 2W between 755nm and 1064nm. In the field of GaSb-based diode lasers the company focuses diode lasers, bars and modules up to 15W between 1.9 and 2.3µm. The diodes are for state of the art applications in sensing, spectroscopy, material processing and medical treatment.
