NEW PRODUCT: Precision shims, spacers, submounts, rings and washers sized to micron levels, with perfect edges, precision cut, machined, drilled, lapped or polished. These can be sequentially spaced with various edge profiles, steps and caviites. Available in many materials including glass, fused silica and ceramics. Capabilities range from blocks as small as 250 microns square and as thin as 25 microns, to rings as large as 450mm diameter.

Provider of precision lapping, polishing, dicing, grinding, slicing, thinning, ultrasonic hole drilling, optical edge polishing and other machining services. Specializing in ultra-thin (<25um), ultra-flat (1/10 wave), superpolishing (<7 angstroms) and tight tolerances (+/- 1um). All materials processed, many available from stock: Fused Silica, Quartz, Glass, Sapphire, Silicon, Aluminum Nitride, 96% and 99.6% Alumina, SiC, Color Filter Glass, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Germanium, Molybdenum, Polyimides, Lithium Flouride, Calcium Flouride and many other exotic materials.
