| UltraSource Launches Rapid Delivery Program for Thin Film Pr
UltraSource, Inc. of Hollis, NH USA introduces UltraFAST, a revolutionary rapid delivery program designed to speed up customers' ability to build and test new thin film circuit designs. With this program, UltraSource is able to offer its customers the fastest thin film fabrication service in the industry.
The program includes a commitment from UltraSource to deliver prototypes to a customer enrolled in the UltraFAST program anywhere in the world within days from receipt of order, depending on design complexity. UltraSource has worked closely with key customers and used its expertise in Lean Manufacturing to become the first supplier to offer such a formal rapid prototyping service for the thin film market.
To meet the challenge of the customers’ aggressive deliveries, UltraSource has dedicated an entire team to the task and created a streamlined manufacturing approach to help customers with their delivery challenges. The benefit of the program is the training the customer will get in designing for speed to market.
