Products include custom high performance laser & photo diodes submounts with "Zero Pullback" metallization, optoelectronics circuits, and spacers. Alumina, Beryllia and Aluminum Nitride ceramics with 25-75 micron copper and selective gold tin plating. Metalization exhibits reliable adhesion during die attach and components assembly.
