| Beam Alignment Tool DWC-10
The DWC-10 sensor provides the ability to monitor light beams in both transverse plane (XY) and longitudinal direction (Z), in one single device without moving components.
This revolutionary sensor from PhaseView allows for the first time in the market fast beam alignment by providing real time beam monitoring of position, size in the transverse plane, tilt, defocus and astigmatism on the propagation axis in addition to centroïd, ellipticity and power.
Precise alignment of either optical setup in laboratory or laser beam delivery optical components for industrial or medical lasers are often time consuming to ensure process reliability and quality. This novel beam alignment tool avoids tedious iterative operations to adjust components for optimum beam performance. All critical beam parameters are monitored and displayed in such a way that rapid beam centering and focusing adjustments can be achieved accurately for efficient use of lasers and beam optical delivery systems, or for optics alignment with coherent or non coherent light source.
The DWC-10 beam alignment tool is a compact sensor that easily fits on a beam line, all data are transferred to laptop via USB port, the software provides intuitive graphics tools along with beam display to ease centering, focus (divergence) or beam astigmatism adjustments.
The DWC-10 sensor integrates the latest development of PhaseView’s Digital Wavefront Technology. This patented technology provides simultaneous measurement of phase and intensity, with high spatial wavefront measurement at pixel resolution without intensity image sampling. The new device completes PhaseView product portfolio, including state-of-the-art laser beam profilers providing instant laser M2 quality and laser propagation analysis and optics testers for precise aberrations, radius or curvature or MTF measurements.
