OXIDE decided to develop the field of DUV Lasers for Raman Spectroscopy and Semiconductor Inspection for the next ten years having our strong points of lasers;
lifetime, beam quality,and easy mentenance.
Also,we release the world first product named Speckle Contrast Measurement System in this exhibition.
It was developed by Shigeo Kubota(Institute of Industrial Science, The University of Tokyo) and commercialized by OXIDE. We believe it will become for best standard system for RGB laser display.
We are 11 years old, a leading supplier of optical crystals. Besides our reputed crystals as CLBO and MgO doped stoichiometric LiNbO3 and LiTaO3, we start offering harmonic generators for fiber lasers. Patented PPMgSLT technology and high purity BBO with long life are used to assure super performance of these products.

| OXIDE starts DUV laser business and releases new product for RGB laser display
OXIDE corporation has recently started the manufacture and making of DUV(deep ultraviolet)lasers. OXIDE is the optical srystal specialist company started in year 2000 as a spin-off venture of Japanese National Institute for Material Science(NIMS). In recent years,OXIDE has diversified its business line to include optical-crystal-based devices and modules.New DUV Lasers feature proprietary high-quality BBO wavelength conversion device and high performance VCM(vice coil motor) and guarantee stable operation at 266nm for longterm. OXIDE also plans to integrate its unique CLBO crystal as well as its sophisticated QPM(quasi phase matching)device technology into this DUV Laser.
