Company Description
Thin Film Coatings for a variety of applications. This has been our motto since Optical Filter Source was founded. Though we still live up to that statement, OFS has evolved through the years as a direct result of our valued customers. We have recently doubled the square footage of our company and added over 450sqf. of class 100 cleanroom space. We are also working towards out ISO9001:2008 certicication, which should be complete by 1Q 2012.
Optical filter Source provides the following coatings: Dielectric coatings: BBAR, V-coat, custom AR coatings, dichroics, LWP and SWP filters, high reflectors, and ITO to include index matched ITO and AR-ITO. Metals based coatings: Bare, pretected and enhanced Aluminum, Silver, Gold. Chromium (Cr) Nickel (Ni), Titanium (Ti) and others. We also use photolithography to pattern coatings when required.
Our optics and coatings customers include: Medical, Aerospace, Aviation, Defense and industrial. Optical Filter Source services our customer base from R&D through volume production.
